I provide consultation to clients seeking to make changes to their home, work and/or other environments to enhance their mental/emotional health and well-being.
My approach combines basic feng shui practices with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. developing affirmations to kindly support oneself when making changes.

Note: I interpret Law of Attraction philosophy and methodology as having parallels to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in that Law of Attraction promotes choosing positive thoughts to create positive feelings which result in positive manifestations. In my view, finding positive thoughts is beneficial regardless of outcomes, although lack of outcomes or perceived lack of outcomes could direct a person's thoughts back to the negative, thus causing negative feelings. The good news is that the person can then redirect the negative thoughts back to positives and experience positive feelings again, etc. CBT helps people become aware of their thought patterns and learn skills for "managing" those thoughts for the good.
